Employment and Training Incentives

This program provides employers with matching and placement services. Job developers will assist you in assessing a candidate’s skills, aptitudes and interests in relation to the workplace business needs. They will develop a training plan that is realistic and consistent with the positions' requirements. As well, support in identifying and resolving workplace issues is available. Financial incentives may be negotiable to offset some of the costs associated with providing an effective work experience where appropriate. Note: The candidate cannot be hired before the contract is approved.
